Let’s end the stigma and mental health discrimination.

For people with mental health issues, the social stigma and discrimination they experience can make their problems worse, making it harder to recover. It may cause the person to avoid getting the help they need because of the fear of being stigmatized.
1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem, which means someone you know may be struggling with the mental illness and globally more then 70%of people receive no treatment because of the negative connotations attached to it,

So lets BREAK THE STIGMA and support someone with a mental health problem. There are lots of things you can do to make a difference to their life. just listen to them without judging, treat them in the same way, tell them IT’S OKAY TO NOT BE OKAY.
let’s look at them from a positive perspective.
let’s look at their various positive aspects-even they are
responsible and make valuable contributions to the society.
lets applaud their positive stories.
lets see them beyond their mental illness.

LET’S END THE STIGMA AND MENTAL HEALTH DISCRIMINATION because your attitude towards mental health can change someone’s life.
